SNPs S2 and V4 were not significant after banferroni correction. †COPD: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; defined by defined by an FEV1/FVC ratio < 70% and ppFEV1 < 75% (n = 287). Control group were smokers with an FEV1/FVC ratio ≥ 70% and ppFEV1 ≥ 80% (n = 311).
