α 5 mRNA expression in the lung during organogenesis. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis revealed variable abundance of α5 mRNA expression in whole mouse lung from E13.5 to PN20. Band densities were assessed and normalized after standardization of GAPDH band densities to 1. Although samples were screened from 6 mice at each time point, only a representative single band is shown.
