Genomic analysis of lung tissue from mice exposed to chronic hypoxia and antigen challenge. Lung tissue samples from normoxia (4 days, 20.8% O2, hypoxia (4 days, 10.0% O2), saline-challenged, Ova-challenged, and Asp ag-challenged mice were processed for cDNA microanalysis. Data are displayed as the mean of the fold-increase versus simultaneous control (normoxia or saline-challenge). n ≥ 3 mice for each group.
