The data shown are representative of two independent experiments. (B) The numbers of IL-17A+ and IFN-γ+ CD4 T cells in the lung of WT mice. The numbers of IL-17A+ CD4 T cells and IFN-γ+ CD4 T cells were calculated as described in Methods. Groups are the same as in (A).
