(A) TNF-α, (B) MCP-1, (C) MIP-3α and (D) KC (* p < 0.05, ** p < 0.001). TNF-α (Tumor Necrosis Factor-α) and MCP-1 (Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1) were measured by Cytometric Bead Array; MIP-3α (Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-3α) and KC (mouse Interleukin-8) were determined by ELISA.
