Low isotypes (n = 7) were identified in 3 CRSsNP and 1 NPother subject. Fewer nasal polyp subjects had low isotypes compared to the nonpolypoid pair of groups. This was demonstrated by the 95% confidence intervals at the midpoint of these curves (bars with error bars at 20%). Polyp and nonpolyp confidence intervals did not overlap.
