The numbers of migrating cells per five high-power fields (magnification was × 1,000) are shown. (B) Pretreatment of EOS with As2O3 15 min before transferring to the chemotaxis chamber greatly suppressed the eotaxin or RANTES-induced migration in a dose-dependent manner.
