αENaC mRNA in nasal tissue afterin vivotransfection with ENaC asODN . αENaC asODN (as5) or a control ODN was complexed to GL67 (80 μg/mouse) and slowly perfused onto the nasal epithelium of mice via a thin catheter. At indicated times after transfection nasal potential difference measurements were carried out (for results see Table 2) and the nasal tissues was harvested for mRNA extraction and quantification of αENaC mRNA. Each diamond represents an individual animal. The mean per group is indicated as a horizontal bar.
