After exposure to CS medium, human monocyte-derived macrophages produce IL-8. a) Macrophages were stimulated overnight with different concentrations of CS medium. IL-12. b) Cells were stimulated with CS medium (OD = 0.03) for 5 h in the presence of GolgiStop™. The cells were stained for intracellular IL-8 expression. The result is a representative of five experiments conducted with different human monocyte-derived macrophage preparations that had similar results.
