There was a significant decrease in the percentage of CD8 + CD28null (8 + 28n) T and NKT-like cells expressing Hsp90 (clear bars) compared with CD8 + CD28+ and CD28 + CD8- T and NKT-like cells (grey bars) (trend for CD8-CD28 + NKT-like cells) and a decrease in Hsp90 expression in CD8 + CD28null compared with CD8-CD28+ T cells.
