Receptor-mediated inhibition of PDGF-mediated proliferation. Concentration effect curves for the inhibition of proliferation were determined in HLF following exposure to a range of agonists targeting the (a) IP receptor, (b) EP receptor, (c) β₂ adrenoceptor, (d) other GPCR and (e) non-receptors, in the presence of an EC₈₀ concentration of PDGF for 24 h.
