Collection of fractions for mass spectrometry based proteomic analysis. A Distal trachea and primary bronchi were mounted in a Petri dish and placed on a platform tilted 20º with the cephalad trachea on the highest point. Buffer was added to the proximal trachea and collected from the lowest point.
