TGF-β1 does not induce upregulation of Tpm3.1 protein. Human lung fibroblasts were left untreated (control) or stimulated with TGF-β1 (2 ng/mL) for 0, 24 and 48 h. Tpm3.1 protein upregulation was detected by Western blotting with the γ/9d antibody (compared to α-tubulin as a loading control).
