Quantitative data is presented as median with 1st and 3rd Quartile in square brackets. Loss of data due to unavailability has been marked as “na”. For statistical analyses Wilcoxon, Chi-squared and Fisher test were used as appropriate. p-values were calculated for excluded and low-reads in comparison to the Included group respectively
