FANA-R8-9 aptamer is stable in apical secretions from HAE cultures. Degradation of FANA-R8-9 aptamer in HAE and serum-supplemented DMEM. Radiolabeled FANA-R8-9 aptamer was incubated in HAE washes or serum-supplemented DMEM medium as described in Materials and Methods. Aliquots were removed at the indicated time points and processed as described, then run on a 10% denaturing polyacrylamide-urea gel. The dried gel was exposed and imaged with a phosphorimager. A small amount of material remained in the wells during electrophoresis.
