PI3Kγδ inhibitor, AZD8154, suppresses the LAR. Whole body plethysmography was used to assess LAR after antigen (OVA) challenge. Changes in penh (average) were monitored as a marker of antigen challenge induced LAR (1-6 hrs after treatment with vehicle, AZD8154 or budesonide (A). The data is represented as AUC (B). Data are presented as mean (A) & boxes (Q2 to Q3 with the median) and whiskers (min to max; B). Statistically significant differences between Saline/Vehicle and other groups as presented as ***p < 0.001; statistically significant differences between OVA/Vehicle and other groups are presented as #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01 & ###p < 0.001.
