PI3Kγδ inhibitor, AZD8154, suppresses the LAR. Whole body plethysmography was used to assess LAR after antigen (OVA) challenge. Changes in penh (average) were monitored as a marker of antigen challenge induced LAR (1-6 hrs after treatment with vehicle, AZD8154 or budesonide (A). The data is represented as AUC (B).
